  • Rochester Telephone Corp.
    As a participant in the company’s Advanced Management Development Program and as an executive for over 25 years, Lynn developed his management and leadership expertise in a wide range and variety of divisional assignments. Lynn had the privilege of directing more than 2,000 engineering, sales, service and staff employees, and overseeing a capital and operating budget of tens of millions. During his tenure, the company was the largest, independent, telephone company in the United States.
  • RCI Long Distance
    Leveraging his RTC experience, Lynn was engaged to assist in the launch of a new, long distance telephone service business. Under his direction, a business plan was finalized and implemented with the construction of a microwave network across New York State, while developing marketing, sales and service operations along the way.
  • Rotelcom Business Systems
    Rotelcom Business Systems was a successful interconnect business looking to expand its operations in New York and Hawaii. With a focus on sales, operations and business development, Lynn led the business to record sales, and within a few short years had positioned the company as one of the most successful players in its regions.
  • USA Datanet
    The Directors of USA Datanet – a successful provider of communications services with revenues well in excess of $30 million – had decided to bring in a new CEO. Lynn was named interim co-CEO to direct the company’s operations and prepare the way for a successful transition without disrupting business. The mission was accomplished in less than a year, and company performance improved in the interim.
  • UStec Inc.
    In 2003, Lynn accepted the position of interim CEO for UStec Inc., a digital networking company that marketed proprietary and third-party products to residential markets. Lynn’s mission was to position the company for merger or acquisition. During his tenure, revenue increased by more than 45 percent; EBITDA increased by more than 160 percent; and the organization enjoyed the best financial performance in the company’s 13-year history, leading the company to Rochester Top 100 status. Soon after, Lynn was successful in helping to negotiate a lucrative asset purchase agreement on behalf of company owners.
  • S.V. Moffett Co., Inc.
    For more than 40 years, S.V. Moffett has been a successful sales and service organization. The current owner sought Lynn’s professional assistance to help stabilize the company’s financial condition and to develop a successful ownership exit strategy or new permanent management structure. Over the course of nearly two years as interim CEO, Lynn led major change and development initiatives across the company. In late 2009, Lynn attracted a prospective buyer for the business and in early 2010 successfully completed the sale of S.V. Moffet Co. Inc. The former owner was very happy with the results if Lynn’s leadership.
